My co-chairs, Salla Eckhardt , Richard Ferris , and John Turner , of the Infrastructure Work Group at the Digital Twin Consortium created what we affectionally referred to as The Superduck representation of the Digital Twin Lifecycle. Thankfully the Infrastructure Workgroup has now been renamed as we strongly suggested a year ago to the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Owner/Operations) Workgroup. The work captured in this paper represents the goal. The reality is only attainable through leverage of the Business Digital Maturity Model I will share in another post. I look forward to your comments, challenges, criticisms, and questions.
